This coin is a 1/2 Stuber or 10 Heller 1609 of Duchy Cleve, minted at Emmerich. Please turn the revers 180 degrees to 0X9, here you see the value (X=10) divided by the date (16)09.
Full text on the obverse: NVMMVS CLIVENSIS; on the reverse: CVSVS EMBRICAE.

In case it's a real one it has to have a mass of around 3.26 gramms.
Please have the coin checked by a trustful coindealer.
These coins are not realy rare. Metz has struck a lot of different coins in great numbers. But it's for sure a very nice coin!
