eastern europe old coin ?

Hi,
This one weights 0.5 gr and it's diammeter is 14 mm.
By it's legends letters I guess it's from eastern Europe.
In one side seems to be a half body helmeted warrior with an eagle ? on top. The oher side presents full body standing king ?
As always I would appreciate your comments.
