This piece weights 0,3 gr. and it's diamm. is 11-12 mm. May be an Obol or 1/2 Pfennig
I guess it it is a Rostock coin, but this piece is undated and I,m not sure about if tthe letter of the obverse is an h or an R

By the rampant lion facing left of reverse I guess could be a hesse coin. On the other side, it appears tha date 16.79 and a letter H below, between two stars.

Its is from Italy. It is a quattrino (archi e torri) from Ascoli (Autonomous Republic - XIII-XIV Century)
It's legends are : + DE ASChOLO / + PP S EHIDIVS
