My best guess so far would be also maybe: "Jeton 15th Century"

But this could be also completely wrong.

I would be especially interested why it is only a fragment of it.

I don't think that this is a Schüsseltype Coin.
On the rear is a sitting sovereign (count?) visible.

For me it looks like a swaren from westphalia but i have found no match.
No coins with plants, trees and the arms don't look like "Bärentatzen" for Hoya, sorry.

As kipunji said: From the Netherlands - due to the size. Imperial mint could/would be Nijmegen..., but I am not 100 % sure. I did not find this coin anywher...
