World Money Fair Basel 2004 catalog, article from Yves Mersch, governor of BCL:
The coming year will also be interesting from a numismatic point of view.
First of all, the whole range of circulation coins having year mark 2004 will be minted, together with proof sets containing the Luxembourg 2002, 2003 and 2004 euro coins.
In line with the ECOFIN Council recommendation of November 2003, the BCL has also decided to issue a special 2 euro circulation coin.
This coin, which will bear the monogram of bis Royal Highness the Grand Duke Henri, will renew with a long-standing Luxembourg tradition of coins showing the Monarch's monogram.
The first monogram coin was designed eighty years ago for the Grand Duchess Charlotte.
As you already know Luxembourg han a long numismatic tradition.
The year 2004 will also be the occasion to celebrate 150 years of grand-ducal coinage.
This will take the form of the 2004 BU euro coins set.

Habe heute einen Bestellschein von der P&T Luxembourg erhalten für das Benelux Set 2004 --- 60 € und den KMS Luxembourg 2004 (P&T Ausgabe) zum Preis von 21,50 €.
Anteiliges Porto 1,50 €.

Das Benelux Set bekommt man bei *bay günstiger
Der KMS Luxembourg hat letztes Jahr auch soviel gekostet.
Denke mal wenn man noch etwas warte bekommt man ihn günstiger.
