Hello collector friends!
I'm coin collector from Latvia. I have two French coins which is dated in 1782. and 1787. I can't identified catalog number and value for these coins. I'm research that these coins are from Louis XVI(1774 - 1793) but unfortunately in Standart Catalog of World Coins(3th edition) there is no info about these coins weight and diameter so I can't identified is this coin is liard, 1/2 sol or 1 sol.
Diameter for these coins are:
Smallest coin(1782., mint mark looks AA, crescent 1769 - 1783.) - 24 mm
Largest coin(1787., mint mark looks R, greyhound running left 1783. - 1788) ~ 29 mm - 30 mm
Thanks!
