Hallo

Ich hab einen Norwegischen Speciedaler von 1635 von meinen Eltern bekommen beziehungsweise ihn vor der "Mülltonne" bewahrt und hoffe, dass mir jemand hier im Forum vielleicht eine ungefähre Wertschätzung abgeben kann. Habe bloß das Problem, dass ich die Bilder leider nicht auf die 85 kb bekomme....

recht einfach. das bild laden, auf bearbeiten gehen und die größe entsprechend verkleinern. das funkt meistens.

Herzlichen Dank für den Tipp SchwarzSchaf, hab es hinbekommen. Jetzt sind die Bilder mit dabei, die Qualität sollte hoffentlich ausreichen

The norwegian speciedaler was minted in Christiania, Norway from 1629 by the danish King Christian 4.th.
It was minted in different values: 1/8 - 1/4 - 1/2 - 1 - 2 - 3 - and 4 speciedaler.
If your coin is genuine, the weight would be ca. 7,308 g.
In my Kat. Sieg 2012 the Kat. nr. is Hede 12A or Sieg nr. 11.1 and the Kat.price is:
1/4-speciedaler 1635-- Very Fine/sehr schön: 25.000 DKR -- Fine/schøn: 15.000 DKR-- Very Good/sehr gute Erhaltung: 8.000 DKR.
1 EUR: ca. 7,5 DKR

I'm very grateful for your Informations, it's pretty interesting to get to know some details of its history, and the fast answer. Im not in the numismatic stuff at all so could you possibly give me a hint in which state of condition this coin is? And probably a tip where to weigh a coin that exactly?

I am sorry, but I do not graduate coins by pictures.
To get a real statement of the coins condition, I need to have it in my hand.
Try a coindealer, who can tell you about the coin - condition/genuine/fake/value/weight.
You could try a pharmacy/chemist to weigh the coin too.

Well, that might get difficult, but its ok. But it would have been nice to have an nebulous idea about its worth. I guess I'll have to try to find a Numismatic nearby...relatively^^
