I would appreciate any help to identify this coin.

It weights only 0,1 gr. and it's diammeter is just 11-13 mm.

I wonder it could be a a Teutonic Order coin or may be it is nordic (norwegian ?) 1/4 penning

looks like a Scherf from Reval, Livonian order.
-> Haljak 82 or 83.
