I haven't looked in here in some time. Reading various things I might make two points -- both without taking the time to check my catalogs:
1) Blei Marke. It sure does make me think of Isenburg (Ysenburg).
2) Vatikan, 1848. It is part of a set of "Patterns." If I remember correctly, they are not really official but nevertheless interesting and of some value.
