Can someone help me to know what is the state of conservation of this coin ? s, ss, vz ?

I would say, it's just ss.

I agree to the statement of antisto. The details on the eagle`s shield and the crown are slightly worn. On some letters of the inscription you can find some contact marks. On the obverse you can see, that Albert`s Hair and beard are also worn and flattened. Remarkably is that the rim has no major damages. Finally: to express the condition of this coin analog the US ANA Grading System I would say it is a VF-20 comparable to a ss.

ich würde das stück nicht mal als "ss" einstufen , sondern als fälschung ! schaut euch mal den rand im unteren bild an, oder ist das scan bedingt?!

It's not a fake (good weight) the coin is in a HB protection holder, but 20 mark are bigger than French 20F so what you see on pic 2 is a part on the hedge under the white carton.

I agree. I believe this is a genuine coin. You could not by any chance free the poor bastard and try to post a scan of the inscription, escpecially of the word of GOTT, as that could help us to establish that the coin is not a fake.

Agreed to Mynter. Have a look on the rim`s inscription. There you can detect if it`s a fake or not.
By the way: Free all coins from PCGS and stuff to feel their soul !
