Hi,

This brass piece has no date. In one side shows a bust of czar Alexander ? (legend says ALEXANDER.TH.V.RUSSLAND)
The oher side shows a stabding figure with someething like an anchor in his hands and the legend says LIEBE U: and some word that seems in Russian that ends NUN ??
On the bottom side it also shows 3 letters I think (IE?)

ANY IDEA ?

Lauer in Nürnberg hat viele signierte ("L") Jetons mit dem Brustbild Alexanders von Russland geprägt.
Auf den Rückseiten finden sich diverse Motive und Schriften, so z.B.:
- STAERKE UND LIEBE SIEG
- OPTIMO PRINCIPI
- DEN HELDEN SEIN LOHN
- MIT MUTH UND GLÜCK
- FRIEDE UND GLÜCK
Sicher gibt es noch sehr viel mehr ähnlicher Stücke.
Die Entstehung sehe ich kurz nach 1815. Stilistisch passt das Stück zu den Lauer-Prägungen.
