One almost feels the dull and sorrowfull ambience emanated from this medal.
A marvelous piece of art. Fascinating and depressing at the same time.

This piece is very difficult to image for some reason...I still am not happy with the results and will keep trying to catch the true appearance of this little gem. I have another piece from the Refugee Series I will show in the near future once I have it phtographed to my satisfaction. Another lovely example but in a heart-shaped format.
