visit the NO mint (hope it wasn't destroyed by "Kathrina") - it's worth to get a look onto the only original piece struck which is exposed to the public). The Mint is located about half a mile east of the French Market (Eastern entrance). BTW - the mint building houses a very enjoying Mardi-Gras Museum (on the 2nd floor).

The New Orleans Mint museum has just reopened in the last month!

It took two years to restore it!

Hallo,

na so teuer sind die Restrikes von 1957 in Bronze auch nicht. Habe vor einer Woche einen bei ebay USA ergattert. 28,- Euro mit Versand . Da kann man nicht meckern.
Stelle mal ein Bild davon rein.
