Dutch East India Company(?) - Unknown coin

I have coin(?) in my collection which I can't find in catalog. Maybe it's not coin, but the symbols VOC is quite similar like was used in Dutch East India Company( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dutch_East_India_Company ), but coins other side(coat of arms) didn't match. If any knows from which region, country is this coat of arms, let me know!
