Strange coin with arabean signs on it... Well, could someone tell me, how much is it worth, where does it come from and what do mean those signs on it!?

Its diameter is exactly 20mm

I can't tell about the worth or what the letters mean. But at least you know what coin it is and where it is from , probably someone else could help ya with the worth/translation.
