That's an East India Company Coin for Malaya, more Details later.

Penang, the nominal can be distinguished only by size. 1810 or 1825/28.

Diameter for this coin is 27 mm, so I think it could be 1/2 cent.

Its one cent or Pice, the half cent is only 24,5 mm in diameter. (According to Pridmore)
