I don´t really get it, ... on the second picture I can see the Archangel St. Michael with a trefoil scepter, but the other side is still unclear. Maybe someone else...

in my opinion this is a trachy of the Latin Empire of Constantinople:
Latin Empire of Constantinople (1204-1261)
AE Trachy
Obverse: Nimbate bust of Christ facing
Reverse: Archangel Michael standing facing, holding trefoil scepter and globus cruciger

Your coin is heavily clipped. Those coins often were reduced by clipping.

Hi,

first coin:
Manuel I. (1143-1180)
Billon Aspron Trachy, Constantinople
Obverse: Christ enthroned
Reverse: Manuel and the Virgin standing
Sear 1966

second coin:
I am not sure but probably it is a Bulgarian copy of a coin of Alexius III. (1195-1203)
The Bulgarian czars imitated coins of Manuel, Isaac and Alexius.
And this coin looks like one of those imitations.
The imitated coin is:
Alexius III. (1195-1203)
Billon Aspron Trachy, Constantinople
Obverse: Bust of Christ
Reverse: The emperor (or tsar) and St. Constantine standing
compare to Sear 2011-2013

Maybe it is an original Byzantine issue of Alexius though and it only looks a bit weird because of the decentering. I have to admit that for me the coins of Alexius III. and their Bulgarian imitations often are very difficult to differentiate but this coin looks a bit more like a Bulgarian than a Byzantine issue for me.
