It's a modern fantasy coin, most likely imitating (and poorly so) a silver coin from Miletos, see http://www.acsearch.info/record.html?id=70322

I feel I've seen this strange poodle before though I can't find it in FORVM's fake reports. I can't imagine it's ancient.
For my search I assumed that it's supposed to be a lion.

I see Lars was faster.

Hello ,

Our specialist already doubt about the authenticity of this coin.
With this new info we can conclude that it is a modern imitation of a Obol / Diobol of Miletos .

Thanks for your exellent help :!:

Kind regards , Pinpoint

This is a rather old forgery - known as the Milesian Poodle
