Help to identify Unknown greek ? coin

I would appreciate any help to identify this coin. I think it could be from Greek Asia ? It weights 7,5 gr. and it's diammetre is 18-19 mm.

It is a coin from the Bosporan Kingdom, naming Rheskuporis on the obverse - probably Rheskuporis V., who ruled about 314-342 AD. Your coins looks tooled, as it is so often the case with these issues, unfortunately.

On the reverse there is the head of an emperor (Licinius?) with an eagle sitting on a globe holding a wreath in his beak, like on these:
