I would appreciate any help to identify this silver coins.
I wonder if it is from the city of Kempten (Karl V emperor), as I can read
CAROLVS.DI.FA.?LS / ROMANOR IMPERATOR
It's weight is 2,3 gr. and it's diammeter is 20-21 mm.
Thanks in advance.

Hi adibab,

I am sorry, I cannot help you determining where this coin is exactly from, but I can say that this coin was definitely not struck in Kempten.

The only legend fitting to your coin I found in the Rivista italiana di numismatica e scienze affini struck on a Sesino from Milano:
MILANO. Carlo V (1535-1556)-
Sesino. ^ — ' KAROLVS • DI • FA • CLE • Aquila bicipite coronata. P — -ROMANOR-IMPERATOR Croce gigliata. Gnecchi pag, 119. Dopo il n. 31.
The crowned letter "K" fits to KAROLVS
