old family coins

These are old family coins my great-grandfather brought to America. I have Krause, Standard Catalog of German Coins, 1601- present, but have not found them in it.
They look like they are from the same city. One is dated 1616, and the other appears to be from the 1640's.
The lettering on the front reads: NIS? DOMINUS NOBI??UM
The lettering on the back reads: M?NOVA?? RDINUM?RISL
Both are approximately 24 millimeters in diameter.
The 1616 coin weighs 3.3 grams, and the other weighs 3.6 grams.
An “F” mintmark is visible on the first coin. I cannot make out the mintmark on the second coin.
I would appreciate any help identifying these coins. Thank you.

Hello and welcome here,
your coins are duits from the Dutch province Frisia (Friesland).
FO stands for Frisiae Ordines. For further information have a look at
this thread and scroll down.

Thank you much. Now I understand why I could not find them in the German book.
I have more coins I will post soon. I have identified about 90% of my coins, but there are some that I can't figure out.
