After more than an hour i gave it up. Which coin is this?

Bayern (Bavaria) between 1800 und 1805

In my krause 5th edition 2007 1801-1900 the KM number is km#306
In my krause 2de edition german coins its also km#306
In numismaster that number is from a ducat, the right number is km#632.

Did it change? and why

yes, it has changed, Why? I don't no.
In Krause 3. ed. German coins it is KM 632 also
