Hello, this is a so called "Möhrchen"
a small uniface heller coin from Grafschaft Kleve (clivia)
Johann I.(1448-1481)
it shows the arms of Mainz, Pfalz, Kleve und Köln

The name Möhrchen was given because of their dark/black colour.
