Hallo nochmal, ich habe jetzt eine 1 pfenning von Braunschweig Wolfenbüttel, das kann ich nicht in einem Katalog zu identifizieren. KM hat eine Option für eine Münze, die die Legende beginnt in fhe links oben, aber wie Sie sehen können dies nicht richtig mit meiner Münze kann jemand mir bitte helfen?

hello again, i have now a 1 pfenning from brunswick wolfenbuttel which i cannot identify within a catalogue. KM has an option for a coin which the legend starts in fhe top left but as you can see this is not correct with my coin can anyone help me please ?

es ist Welter 2965, Jaeger 214 b), Ross wie vor, die Ums. beginnt ab 8 Uhr, ohne ET L.
Der Typ ist leider recht häufig zu finden, in vzg-stg wird es schwieriger .
In ss um 5 €, das Stück aus der Elbeshausen-Sammlung brachte 40 € in v/st !

It should be KM #1078 but that number only lists the coin from 1819 (with the legend GEORG T.N starting at lower left). However, I wouldnt call it variety or something like that straightaway. From what I experienced the Krause-Mishler catalogue is sometimes missing a few bits on coins from the German States.

Thank you Klaus, I've not seen one like it until this one popped up.
I have an 1817 version which is unc red/brown that I love I will look for a picture of it

I have found a lot of the German States coins aren't catered for by KM. it's a pity. I wish I could understand German to use your catalogues.

Here is my UNC example, the picture doesn't show the lovely colour of the coin well but shows the details very well.

selbst in der Spezialliteratur von Welter und Jaeger, sind die vielen Ums.-Varianten zum Teil ungenau beschrieben .
Der Neumann bringt da schon bessere Ergebnisse !
