Help to identify - Hesse ? tiny coin

Hi,
I would appreciate any help to identify this tiny 1679 coin.
It weights only 0,5 gr. and it's diammeter is just 11-12 mm.
By the rampant lion facing left of reverse I guess could be a hesse coin. On the other side, it appears tha date 16.79 and a letter H below, between two stars.
