Help to Identify

Please excuse my posting in English.

This is a coin from my grandfather's collection. I cannot identify it. Most of his coins are from the eastern parts of Germany, also Poland, Lithuania and Austria. I can see a few letters, and perhaps a crown and a shield.
Three pictures of one side:

The coin is about 24mm and 2.4g
Any help to identify it would be very nice.

It's a jeton from Hans Harrer and Hans Biner.
The reverse needs to be rotated by 180°, i can't read the year tho (should be 1560s-1570s)

Thank you,
I can see where the "15" of the date is, but I can't see anything of the rest of the numbers
