Please somebody look at my added photos. Is this is a coin? And if yes I would appreciate if someone could tell me something more about it.

it's supposed to be a sestertius of philipp the arab, but I'm afraid it's not an original - it looks cast, and not struck!

unfortunately this piece is not genuine. It is a cast imitation of a sestertius of Philippus I.
