Moesia inferior, Odessos, Caracalla, AD 198-217
obv. AV K L AVR - ANTWNEINOC, bust draped and cuirassed, radiate r.
rev. ODHCCE - ITWN, Great God of Odessos, wearing kalathos, holding cornucopiae in l. arm, sacrificing from patera in extended r. hand over burning altar
ref. a) not in AMNG
b) Varbanov (engl.) 4380

From the highest rarity! Varbanov does know only 1 ex. (unique)!

Best regards
