Roman / Greek ? coin to identify

Hello,

I would appreciate any help to identify this greek-roman ? coin. In one side I can distinct two busts (one larger an other smaller) facing right and in the other side there is an animal (elephant ?) facing left with greek letters below & above

Diamm.: 19-20 mm Weight: 8,1 gr.

I think it´s PHOENICIA, Arados, with a little Trajan
