This looks very much like an Alexandrian tetradrachm of Commodus:
COMMODUS 180 - 192
BI Tetradrachm Alexandria 180/181 (regnal year 21)
Av.: M AYPH KOM ANT
ωNINOC CЄ - Laureate head right
Rv.: Commodus in slow quadriga right; eagle-tipped sceptre in right hand, reigns in left
Above in field: LKA
Geißen 2204 var. (obv.-legend without CЄ); Coll. Frankfurt 725; BMC 1429 var. (obv.-legend KOMM); Milne 2624
Cordially,
chinamul
