help to identify a bronze coin

hello friends.
can someone help me to identify this tiny bronze coin (2,8 gr). Greek bronze? Roman provincial? No idea

QEON CYNKLHTON, the Holy Senate, and QEAN RWMHN, Holy Rome. Should be a Roman provincial coin from Pergamon in Mysia. Because no emperor is depicted, it is called "pseudo-autonomous". Interesting: I have never seen this type with stars before the bust.

i think the coin is a RPC 2373

I have sadly no access to RPC, but Wildwinds shows under RPC 2373 a coin without the stars.
