I can read "...CEΠTI..." on obverse and on reverse in the exergue "...CEPΔI...", that means your coin ist a roman provincial strike from Septimius Severus from Thrace, Serdica.

This coin has the city name in the exergue too, but it isn´t mentioned what the reverse shows:

Wirklich gut bestimmt: Hatte mich auch daran versucht, aber ohne Erfolg. Hiermit wirst du auch zum "Romanen" ehrenhalber ernannt !

Also für mich passt dein verlinktes Reversbild in keinster Weise mit Pinpoints Stück zusammen
Oder übersehe ich was (man wird ja nicht jünger)?

Die Legendenaufteilung passt zumindest, wenn man sich an der Abschnittslinie orientiert.
Und mit dieser Legendenaufteilung ist das der einzige Münztyp, der da übereinstimmt.

Reversbild Trophäe mit zwei Gefangenen = gängiger Bildtyp anlässlich der beiden Ostfeldzüge 195 und 198, vgl. Moiushmov plate X, No. 21 (links), da allerdings mit andere Legende.






(HΓ KAIKI) ΛAPΓOY O(YΛΠIAC - im Abschnitt: CЄPΔIKHC)
195 war Statilius Barbarus Statthalter von Thrazien, 198 war es Caecina Largus

Interesting this discussion how experts explain their theory .
Finding a Provincial Roman coin in Belgium seems exceptional to me .
