Hello Anton,
I found another determination of this coin by Ilisch. indefinite mint of the region of Nijmegen-Tiel ( time of Konrad II.1024-1039).

Thanks for your additional information.
Refering of this coin to Tiel/Nijmegen area by Ilisch is pleasant to me more, than to Andernach by Hävernick.
