Ok, it's a french medieval coin.

It seems to be a "Blanc a la couronne" from Charles VII (1422-1461) or Charles VIII (1483-1498).

But I'm confused about the "B" left of the legend cross. I never see that before.
Maybe it's the letter of the Mint? (B=Bourges?) Don't know...sorry.

The coin was found in Leeuwarden, Holland.

As tournois suggested, the "B" stands for Bourges. There is an an annulet under the B which enables us to date the coin exactly: According to Lafaurie the annulet under the B was used at the mint of Bourges in the year 1489/1490, therefore the coin must be a blanc à la couronne of Charles VIII.
