The legend should be: .OTTO. MAGNVS and +SCA. MARIA - Strassburg cathedral was at that time dedicated to the virgin Mary.

Sorry, I do not give estimates in the forum. The coin is rare, and it would fetch a high price if the OTTO MAGNVS were legible, because it is interesting that he was styled "the Great" on a coin.
However, the more interesting parts of the legend are missing. As it is, the price depends on who sells it to whom in which situation.
