I guess it is a Rechenpfennig with Trugschrift.

Size - 23,5 mm
Weight - 1,7 g
Inside material color is white.
Foto color wrong, oxide is dark black, green, brown ink colour.
It is find in Latvia, any finds in this findspot is coins 17. - 18. century.

what does that mean? Do you think it could be silver inside?
If it is cooper it could perheps bei a coin for to count (Rechenpfennig)
If it is silver I have no idea.
Hat jemand eine Idee, um was für eine Münze es sich handeln könnte, wenn die Münze aus Silber ist, eventuell aus dem lettischen Raum?

This form of letter "g" on the RV pointet to Grafschaft Glatz in around 1300 AD.
Perhaps not a Rechenpfennig. If this this is the case Silver is correct.

Wenn ich darauf hinweisen darf dass das Glatzer Land erst Mitte des 15ten Jahrhunderts zur Grafschaft erhoben wurde......

Das passt doch auch besser zu der gezeigten Münze oder?
