I would appreciate any help to identify this silver pfennig. I guess it is from germany.
It weights 0,5 gr. and it's diammeter IS 15 mm

your silverpenny is from germany, bishop Manegold von Neuenburg, city Wuerzburg. (1287-1303)
I think to read: "N g o" (Mangold). The revers shows the "Bruno-Monogramm", typical for Wuerzburg.
