The legend of the reverse reads "SANCTA COLONA". Therefore it should be Cologne (Köln)

North-Germany is not good known by me. But in the gate, I see a leave like a "Nesselblatt". This is the sign from Hamburg! I do not know, weather this city made coins like this.

In another Forum it was discussed if the building is possible the old cathedral of Cologne. I don't know.

BTW.: There are also some types who copy the Cologne coins. I can't read the obverse. Therefore I can't exclude this possibilty.

The coin is a bit like as : Köln - Archbishopric Heinrich I, Molenark
