rev, : Tor / Turmen ? / 2 Sternen / 2 ? Vögeln flankiert

Hello Pinpoint,
From the size, I think this is a provincial Dutch issue. Either Friedrich II or Wilhelm von Holland. But I don't know the place of minting. Can you read the inscription?

Dear Pinpoint,
with the two birds on the side of the coin on the backside, it should/could be an imperial coin of
Friedrich II or Heinrich VII. As kipunji said: From the Netherlands - due to the size. Imperial mint could/would be Nijmegen...,
but I am not 100 % sure. I did not find this coin anywhere quoted, cited.
