Hello, dear Pinpoint!
the coin looks to me like a coin from Reichsmünzstätte Dortmund.
You see a crowned king holding szepter and "Reichsapfel". On the backside the head of Reinoldus in a triangle, as you said.
Professor Berghaus did not mention your coin in Dortmunder Münzgeschichte I.
Perhaps the coin was unknown to him.
I read on the frontside something like a WILLEH. That could be king Wilhelm von Holland 1247 - 1256.l
On the backside one can read something like a DE.
That makes it not a TREM-ONIA-CIVI or something similar, which stands for Dortmund.
Are you sure, the coin is from a small dutch state?
Do you have existing coins - with are fully readable at the backside?
The full front text of the coin of Wilhelm von Holland is:
+ WILLEHE - LMVSREX.
Kind regards

Dear Pinpoint,
if it s a coin from Dortmund - and one of Wilhelm von Holland - it than is most probably unique.
In the book of Berghaus is only a Pfennig type with a building backside mentioned. Berghaus 75.
If unique, congratulations.
The coin cabinet in Münster would be very interested in that coin (as well as me!).

Kind regards
