Looks like a German Bisschofs Pfennig ( Köln , von Dassel )
Diam. 20 mm / Silver
Coin found in The Netherlands by one of the members of our Forum .

Cologne is true, but there is no coin Rainald of Dassel, although there are similar depictions of the back of him.
This is to a Cologne penny marked under Archbishop Frederick I of Schwarzenburg, 1100-1131.
Bust with Krummstab and book over a bar, including PIVS /.
Three tower-building with barhäuptigen head into the goal.
Hävernick 435-437.
All coins of Frederick I. are very rare.
