It do not look like a coin. In my opinion it is a "Schmuck-Brakteat". The hole is a sign for the use than a jewellery.

Thanks for your reaction ! I already consitered if this is a jewellery , therefor I mentioned , without pendant.
Than this is pure a jewellery and not a numismatic item .?
Is it possible to date this kind of objects ?

There is no christian sign --> early mediaval.
I live in south Germany and this "Schmuck-Brakteaten" here not usually. It will find mainly in north Europe. I am a more regionally specialist.

on your F-Type coin I can see a bird at the left side. On your ‚coin‘ I can only see ornaments…

Here a classification from Wikipedia:
A-bractates, a male bust in profile
B-bractates, one or more anthropomorphic full forms
C bracteates, a male head in profile above a quadruped
D-bractates, decorated with (un)animals or hybrid creatures.
F bracteates showing an animal in side view that is more similar to those on the C bracteates than to those on D types.
Another type of motif are the post-migration period “E-Bracteates”, which belong to the Vendel period and the Viking period. More than 250 examples of this type are known to date, almost all of them come from Gotland and are predominantly made of non-ferrous metal, only a third are made of gold. The motif of all pieces is a triskele with animal head ends beneath a semicircular figure that is open towards the upper edge.

Is it possible to place my Bracteat ( only ornaments ) in one of these classes .?
Hopefully someone can give a dating of this type Bracteat , Vendelzeit / post - migration ??
