RIC IX 35 ist doch Lugdunum/Lyon (LVG/LVGP/LVGS), Trier (SMTR) ist RIC IX 86. Allerdings ist die Legende nicht klar lesbar, weder Avers noch der Abschnitt. Könnte auch eine Imitation sein. ich bin mir bezüglich der Zuordnung der Münze noch nicht sicher. Einen Scherz hat sich hier aber sicher niemand erlaubt. Die Münze ist echt/alt.

I can not explain it. What was the point of covering a late Roman GLORIA EXERCITVS follis with gold foil? They are unlikely to have been used as "Auswurfmünzen" in the Constantinian era, because Auswurfmünzen were used as gifts from the emperor and could therefore never have been a subaerate forgery...
