I would appreciate any help to identify this greek-roman ? coin. In one side I can distinct two female ? figures face to face and in the other side there ia a bust facing right (divinity / emperor ?)

Smyrna in Ionia. The two Nemeses are a typical reverse. The obverse shows the personification of the Roman Senate IEPA CYNKLHTOC. Struck under Roman rule, a so-called pseudo-autonomous coin.
