Eisleben in funck

I cant find the coins from eisleben in the funck book. Anybody a idea?

Eisleben tokens weren`t stately issued, but as privacy "notgeld" of the Mannsfeld mine.

Hallo,

these are private tokens from a big mining company - the Mansfeld copper mining area - which is well known in Middle Germany.
The "Menzel" catalogue (No. 6326) said, that there are further variations made in silver from each type. These pieces are rare and I've only seen less than 5 items in an auction. The price in the "Menzel" catalogue for each silver variation is 125,- Euro, all normal tokens are rated with 3 oder 4 Euro - I think the price for the ones in silver is a bit low but the price for the normal ones is OK. The normal ones are very common and were often found in collections with official notgeld coins.

Note: the 1917 tokens with 5 Pf and 10 Pf value wre made in 2 variations, the "Menzel" gives no further details, if I'm right there are differences between the position of the horses' tail and the letters around...

In total tokens worth 100.000 Mark were issued. The horseman on the reverse is "St. George"
