This silver piece weights 3.6 gr. and it's diammeter is 21 mm.
By it's characters/design seems arabic but I don't know of what area and it's age....anyone can help me for a corrct identification ?

Your coin is certainly a dirhem, struck under the Ilkhans / Mongols in Persia. I think it's the type you can view here with parameters and cartouche (frame around legend) corresponding with your piece:
