Unknown Roman coin ?

Friendly ask for help to determine this unknown maybe Roman coin .
Coin was founded in The Netherlands by one of the members of our Forum.
Diam. : 14/18 mm , 5,57 gr. , Silver ?
It looks like a compilation of 2 separate coins .
Perhaps someone recognize this object / coin
Any info is welcome
