I don't believe that it is celtic.
On both sides there seems to be a legend around the coin, which is unusual for celtic coins.
If you rotate the obverse (upper picture) by 180 degrees, then you see a helmeted head to left.
If you rotate the reverse counterclockwise by 90 degrees, then there seem to be two letters in the middle of the coin (EV, CU or something like that).
Perhaps it is medevial?
