Your interesting coin is from Saxony. But, as far as I know, it is not known in which town it was minted. Leipzig is probable as Locnar said.
It is Schwinkowski No. 980. Schwinkowski only writes "unbestimmte, ... 13. Jahrh." (uncertain, ... 13th century) but he doesn't mention if it was minted before or after 1221. So it can be struck under margrave Dietrich der Bedrängte (1197-1221) or margrave Heinrich der Erlauchte (1221-1288). I am not sure if it really can be assigned to one margrave or to the other one. The style of their coins is too similar. So maybe Locnar is right with his supposition.
