es dürfte sich um eine Prägung aus Lothringen handeln, Bischöfliche Münzstätte Metz oder Toul ab 1260. Man kann TVLLV lesen. Leider fehlt mir für eine genaue Zuordnung die passende Literatur.

I agree, TVLLV is more obvious decryption, but T and L are not absolutely clear, and suppose alternative interpretation, for example, FVLDA. There are many variants with similar composition.

Fulda is also a very likely candidate.
Huuum, we need a good literature which precisely describe this coin. I wish the condition were better.
Anyway, thanks a lot for you guys' help and interest, and I still hope that someone can find the best literature for this piece.
